System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 3175 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 1, strike lines 7-8 and substitute the following:                  
	"SECTION 1. Section 403.092, Government Code, is amended by 
amending Subsections (a) and (b) and adding Subsection (f) to read 
as follows:"
	(2) On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:                    
	"(f) The comptroller may not transfer available cash to the 
general revenue fund under Subsection (a) from the Texas Tomorrow 
Fund."
