Amend HB 3184 by striking SECTION 76 of the bill (page 52, 
lines 8-12) and substituting the following:
	SECTION 76. Sections 222.103(j), 361.005, 361.043, 361.046, 
361.0485, 361.049, 361.050, 361.051, 361.052, 361.053, 361.055, 
361.102, 361.184(f), 361.231(b), 361.237, 361.308, 362.001(1), 
362.052, 362.053, and 621.102(h), Transportation Code, are 
repealed.
