Amend CSHB 3318 by adding the following appropriately
numbered SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill
accordingly:
SECTION ____. FAIR DEFENSE. The fair defense account,
created in Section 71.058, Government Code, by Section 14, Chapter
906, Acts of the 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, is
re-created by this Act. Section 2 of this Act does not apply to the
account and does not apply to the dedication of revenue to that
account.
