Amend HB 3384 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  Strike SECTION 12 of the bill, amending Section 54.511, 
Government Code, and renumber subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
	(2)  In SECTION 13 of the bill (page 3, line 21), strike 
"54.512" and substitute "54.511".
