Amend CSHB 3439 (Committee Printing) as follows:                             

(1)  On page 1, line 14, strike "or".
	(2)  On page 1, line 16, strike the period and substitute "; 
or".     
	(3)  On page 1, between lines 16 and 17, insert the 
following:               
			(D)  as a chiropractor under Chapter 201, 
Occupations Code.         
	(4)  On page 3, strike lines 14 and 15 and substitute the 
following:         
	(b)  This chapter does not:                                             
		(1)  limit the liability of a school district to its 
students, teachers, or staff; or
		(2)  affect a school district's liability limits or 
immunities under Chapter 101.
