Amend CSHB 3441 on page 8, line 19, by striking "auditor shall 
annually" and substituting the following: "auditor, based on a risk 
assessment and subject to the legislative audit committee's 
approval of including the review in the audit plan under Section 
321.013, may [shall annually]"
