Amend CSHB 3459 as follows:                                                  
	(1) delete Section 11 on page 10, lines 24-27 and page 11, 
line 1.           
	(2) delete Section 12 on page 11, lines 2-11.                                  
	(3) delete Section 16 on page 14, lines 19-27; page 15, lines 
1-27; page 16, lines 1-27; and page 17, lines 1-2.
	(5) delete Section 18 on page 17, lines 10-27 and page 18, 
lines 1-16.       
	(6) delete Section 31 on page 23, lines 19-23.                                 
	(7) renumber the remaining sections accordingly.
