The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 3459 as follows:                                                  
	(1) delete Section 14 on page 13, lines 22-27 and page 14, 
lines 1-2.        
	(2) renumber the remaining sections accordingly.
