Amend CSHB 3486 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "pharmacy that returns 
unused drugs" and substitute "pharmacist that returns unused drugs 
or the health care facility at which the pharmacist practices or 
serves".
	(2) On page 2, line 22, strike "manufacturer" and substitute 
"pharmacy".
	(3) On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "pharmacy or 
manufacturer" and substitute "pharmacist, health care facility, or 
pharmacy".
	(4) On page 3, strike lines 12 through 14.
