Amend Floor Amendment No. 2 to CSHB 3588 as follows:                         
	(1)  In SECTION 1.01 of the bill, in proposed Section 
227.041, Transportation Code (page____, line____), insert the 
following and renumber subsequent sections accordingly:
	(e)  Section 25.1032(c), Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (m) as follows:
	(m)  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a party 
initiating a condemnation proceeding in Harris County may file the 
petition with any clerk authorized to handle such filings for the 
District Courts or County Civil Courts at Law.
