System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HR 3 (Housekeeping Resolution for the 78th Legislature) 
at the end of ARTICLE 5 by adding a new SECTION 5.08 to read as 
follows:

	SECTION 5.08. CREDIT TO THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND IN THE NAME 
OF THE HOUSE. (a) Immediately after the passage of this resolution, 
the Committee on House Administration shall direct the Comptroller 
of Public Accounts to credit back to the general revenue fund the 
amount of $1.8 million dollars from those monies appropriated to 
the House for use in reducing any budgetary shortfalls.
	(b) It is the intent of the House that this transfer reduce 
the monies available to the House for its operation and the 
Committee on House Administration is directed to take all 
reasonable and necessary measures to ensure the immediate credit of 
the House's appropriated monies to the general revenue fund for use 
in reducing any budgetary shortfalls.
