Amend CSSB 14 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 3, lines 4 through 5, strike "except as authorized 
by rule by the commissioner,".
	(2) On page 5, lines 17 through 19, strike "and the experience 
or information of advisory organizations or other insurers relied 
on by the filer".
	(3) On page 19, strike lines 10 through 15.                                    
	(4) On page 19, line 16, strike "(b)" and substitute 
"Sec.19.".
	(5) On page 24, strike lines 5 through 11.                                     
	(6) On page 89, strike line 17.
