Amend CSSB 14 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 5, line 26, strike "rate" and substitute "rate, 
rating manual, or supplementary rating information".
	(2) On page 6, line 10, strike "rate" and substitute "rate,

	(3) On page 10, line 4, strike "rate" and substitute "rate,

	(4) On page 10, line 5, strike "rate" and substitute "rate,

	(5) On page 10, line 9, strike "rate" and substitute "rate,

	SECTION 4._____. Section 7(a), Article 5.13-2, Insurance 
Code, is amended as follows:
	(a) The commissioner shall disapprove a rate, rating manual, 
or supplementary rating information if the commissioner determines 
that the rate filing made under this article does not meet the 
standards established under that section.
