Amend Amendment No. 21 by Alonzo as follows:                                 
	(2) Insert the following new item to read as follows:                          
	(   ) Add an appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill to 
read as follows:  
	SECTION_____. Notwithstanding any other law, the changes 
made by Amendment No. _____ by Alonzo to this Act apply only to 
residential property insurance.
