Amend the Amendment No. 61 by Geren to CSSB 14 to read as 
follows:         
	On page 2, starting on line 5 through line 12, after the word 
"insurer" substitute the following:
	"must:                                                                         
		(1) ensure that sufficient approved persons or entities 
are available to conduct necessary inspections and certifications 
in this state.
		(2)  file with the department the insurers requirements 
for the remediation described by subsections (a) and (b) of this 
section.
	(d)  A person or entity approved by an insurer to conduct the 
inspection and certification of a remediation described by 
subsections (a) or (b) of this section may charge the applicant for 
coverage or policyholder a fee, not to exceed $75, for the required 
inspection and certification of the remediation.  The insurer shall 
pay any additional amount charged by the approved person or entity 
in connection with the inspection and certification.
	(e)  an insurer may not use the requirements described by 
subsection (c)(2) before the commissioner receives and approves the 
requirements.
	(f)  the commissioner may adopt rules necessary to implement 
this section.
