Amend Amendment No. 63 by Wise on page 1, between lines 18 and 
19, by inserting:
	(c) An insurer is not liable under a motor vehicle liability 
insurance policy with respect to the liability of a licensed minor 
who is not covered under the policy and with respect to which there 
is a driver exclusion signed by the named insured.
