Amend the Kolkhorst, Eiland, Bonnen amendment to CSSB 14 by 
striking Section 1(1) of added Article 5.13-2C, Insurance Code 
(page 1, lines 9-10, of the amendment), and renumbering the 
subdivisions of that section appropriately.
