System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend the Wolens amendment by striking lines 2-11 and 
substituting the following:
			(G)  fees for management services or other 
services paid to a parent company or affiliate in excess of the 
reasonable value of the services as actually rendered; and
			(H)  any unreasonably incurred expenses, as 
determined by the commissioner after notice and hearing.
