Amend CSSB 14 as follows:                                                    
	On page 10, strike lines 42-44 in their entirety and replace 
with the following:
	Sec. 7.  PUBLIC INFORMATION.  A credit scoring model filed 
for purposes of compliance with this article, as of the date the 
filing is received by the department:
(1)  is public information;                                              
(2)  is not subject to any exceptions to disclosure 
under Chapter 552, Texas Government Code; and
(3)  cannot be withheld from disclosure under any 
other law.
