Amend CSSB 14 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 14, lines 67 and 68, strike "(3)  "Rating [, 
"rating] territory" means a rating territory established by the 
department."
	(2)  On page 16, lines 15 and 16, strike "(3)  "Rating 
territory" means a rating territory established by the Texas 
Department of Insurance."
