Amend SB 40 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
161.010, Health and Safety Code (house committee printing page 1, 
lines 8-10), by striking proposed Subsection (a) and substituting:
	(a)  The department shall establish a continuous statewide 
education program to educate the public about the importance of 
immunizing children and the risks and contraindications of an 
immunization.
