Amend SB 57 as follows:                                                      
	On page 1, line 13, insert "AMERICA'S MISSING:  BROADCAST 
EMERGENCY RESPONSE (AMBER)" after "STATEWIDE" and before "ALERT 
SYSTEM".
	On page 1, line 20, insert "AMERICA'S MISSING:  BROADCAST 
EMERGENCY RESPONSE (AMBER)" after "statewide" and before "alert 
system".
	On page 1, line 27, insert "AMERICA'S MISSING:  BROADCAST 
EMERGENCY RESPONSE (AMBER)" after "STATEWIDE" and before "ALERT
