Amend CSSB 59 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  In SECTION 8 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (d) 
(committee printing, page 3, line 30), strike "conduct a study and 
shall".
	(2)  In SECTION 8 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (d) 
(committee printing, page 3, line 31), strike "develop" and 
substitute "make recommendations for the development of".
