Amend SB 83 on third reading as follows:                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Subsection (b), 
Section 25.082, Education Code (House Committee Report, page 1, 
line 12), strike "shall" and substitute "may".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (c), 
Section 25.082, Education Code (House Committee Report, page 1, 
line 21), strike "shall" and substitute "may".
	(3)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Subsection (d), 
Section 25.082, Education Code (House Committee Report, page 1, 
lines 23 and 24), strike "shall [may]" and substitute "may".
