Amend CSSB 104 as follows:                                                   
	(1) In the section of the bill amending Section 153.053, 
Occupations Code, in proposed Subsection (c) of that section, 
strike "$150" and substitute "$300".
	(2) In the section of the bill amending Section 156.001, 
Occupations Code, in Subsection (a) of that section, in the second 
sentence of that subsection, strike "first" and substitute "last".
	(3) In the section of the bill amending Section 156.007, 
Occupations Code, in Subsection (a) of that section, strike "an 
eligible [a] "and substitute "a".
	(4) In proposed Section 164.059(f), Occupations Code, strike 
"the informal meeting described by Subsection (e) regarding the the 
informal meeting described by Subsection (e) regarding the" and 
substitute "the informal meeting described by Subsection (e) 
regarding the".
