Amend CSSB 104 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 12, strike lines 2 and 3 and substitute "by 
amending Subsection (b) and adding Subsection (e) to read as 
follows:".
	(2)  On page 12, strike lines 22-27.                                           
	(3)  On page 13, strike lines 1-27.                                            
	(4)  On page 14, line 1, strike "(f)" and substitute "(e)".                    
	(5)  Strike SECTION 22 of the bill.                                            
	(6)  Renumber the sections of the bill as appropriate.
