Amend CSSB 104 as follows:                                                   
	(1) In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 164.057, 
Occupations Code, in Subsection (a) of that section, in proposed 
Subdivision (1)(A) of that subsection, strike ";    or" and 
substitute ";".
	(2) In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 164.057, 
Occupations Code, in Subsection (a) of that section, in proposed 
Subdivision (1)(B) of that subsection, strike "or" and insert the 
following:
			"(C) a misdemeanor on conviction of which a 
defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 
62, Code of Criminal Procedure;
			(D) a misdemeanor under Section 25.07, Penal Code; 
or               
			(E) a misdemeanor under Section 25.071, Penal 
Code; or".
