Amend CSSB 104 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
section and renumbering the sections of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION _____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 154, Occupations Code, 
is amended by adding Section 154.007 to read as follows:
	Sec. 154.007.  COMPLAINT STATISTICS.  The board shall prepare 
each fiscal year a statistical report, to be submitted to the 
legislature and available to the public, that provides aggregate 
information concerning all complaints received by the board.  The 
report must:
		(1)  categorize complaints by type, including the 
categories of administrative complaints, quality of care 
complaints, medical error complaints, substance abuse complaints, 
and complaints regarding other criminal behavior; and
		(2)  provide information on the disposition of each 
complaint by category.
