Amend CSSB 104 as follows:                                                   
	In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 154.056, 
Occupations Code, in proposed Subsection (e) of that section, at 
the end of that subsection, insert "The rules adopted under this 
subsection must prohibit any potential conflict of interest by a 
member of an expert physician panel, including the member's insurer 
and the subject physician's insurer.".
