Amend CSSB 104, Senate committee printing, as follows:                       

(1)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, in the recital to that section 	(committee printing page 1, line 63), strike "Subsection (e)" and 
substitute "Subsections (e) and (f)".
	(2)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, after added Section 
154.056(e), Occupations Code (committee printing page 2, between 
lines 30 and 31), insert the following:
	(f)  In the board rules adopted under Subsection (a)(3), the 
board shall require that the letter informing the person who filed 
the complaint of the dismissal of the complaint include an 
explanation of the reason the complaint was dismissed.
