Amend CSSB 104 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  In the recital to SECTION 20 (committee printing page 5, 
lines 34 and 35), strike "(e) and (f)" and substitute "(e), (f), and 
(g)".
	(2)  In SECTION 20, Subdivision (6), Subsection (c), Section 
164.003, Occupations Code (committee printing page 6, line 2), 
strike ",".
	(3)  In SECTION 20, Subdivision (6), Subsection (c), Section 
164.003, Occupations Code (committee printing page 6), strike lines 
3-5 and substitute "and any reports of an expert physician panel 
used by the board to establish the existence of the alleged 
violation.".
	(4)  In SECTION 20, immediately following added Subsection 
(e), Section 164.003, Occupations Code (committee printing page 6, 
between lines 17 and 18), add the following:
	(f)  Any information obtained or compiled by the board under 
this section that is subject to the confidentiality protections of 
Section 161.032, Health and Safety Code, or Section 160.007 of this 
code is confidential and may not be disclosed by the board.
	(5)  In SECTION 20, Subsection (f), Section 164.003, 
Occupations Code (committee printing page 6, line 18), strike "(f)" 
and substitute "(g)".
	(6)  In the recital to SECTION 22 (committee printing page 6, 
line 31), strike "Subsection (c)" and substitute "Subsections (c) 
and (d)".
	(7)  In SECTION 22, immediately following added Subsection 
(c), Section 164.004, Occupations Code (committee printing page 6, 
between lines 63 and 64), add the following:
	(d)  Any information obtained or compiled by the board under 
this section that is subject to the confidentiality protections of 
Section 161.032, Health and Safety Code, or Section 160.007 of this
