Amend CSSB 155 on third reading, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in 
added Section 90.001, Parks and Wildlife Code, by adding a new 
Subdivision (4) to read as follows:
(4)  "Navigable river or stream" means a river or 
stream that retains an average width of 30 feet from the mouth up.
