	(1)  In Section 90.004(a)(3)(H) (page 2, line 13), between 
"the lawful" and "construction" insert "transportation,";
	(2)  In Section 90.004(a)(3)(H) (page 2, line 14) between 
"of" and "facilities" insert "equipment or";
	(3)  In Section 90.004(a)(3)(H)(iii) (page 2, line 19) 
between "the" and "transportation" insert "exploration, 
production, or"; and
	(4)  In Section 90.004(a)(3)(H)(iii) (page 2, line 20) 
between "gas, coal," and "and the products thereof" insert "other 
minerals,".
