Amend SB 249 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill, in 
proposed Section 342.004, Transportation Code (Committee Printing 
page 2, between lines 1 and 2), by inserting:
	(c)  The department shall deposit each fee collected under 
this section to the credit of the state highway fund.
