Amend floor Amendment No. 10 by Howard to CSSB 270 by striking 
the text of the amendment and substituting the following:
	(1)  In SECTION 35 of the bill, in added Subsection (b), 
Section 2001.055, Occupations Code (page 27, line 5), strike "and 
to apply new technology to bingo games".
