The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSSB 270 by adding the following subsection as follows:                
	SECTION _____. The TexasOnline Authority and the Texas 
Lottery Commission shall study the fiscal and administrative impact 
of offering lottery retail sales via Internet based PIN debit 
transaction.  The study findings shall be reported to the 
Legislature no later than September 15, 2003.
