Amend the Van Arsdale amendment to CSSB 270 as follows:
(1) In Subdivision (1) of the amendment (page 1, line 2),
strike "lines 16-26" and substitute "lines 14-26".
(4) Strike Section 17 of the bill (page 12, lines 6-27 through
page 13, lines 1-5).
