The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend SB 270 on third reading by deleting the following 
SECTION and renumbering Subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	"SECTION _____.  Section 466.101, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Subsections (f) through (i) to read as follows:
	(f)  In awarding a contract under this chapter or evaluating a 
bid or proposal relating to a contract, the executive director may 
consider a vendor's economic impact to the state or a political 
subdivision of the state."
