Amend CSSB 275 in SECTION 1.41 of the bill, in amended Section 
481.172, Government Code (House committee printing, page 34, 
between lines 5 and 6), by inserting the following:
	(c)  This section does not affect the authority of the State 
Preservation Board to conduct activities or make expenditures 
related to tourism or to promote the Bob Bullock Texas State History 
Museum.
