Amend SB 277 to read as follows:                                             
	SECTION 3.  Subchapter B, Chapter 1001, Occupations Code, is 
amended by adding Section 1001.065 to read as follows:
	Sec. 1001.065.  CERTAIN SPACE ACTIVITIES.                               
	This chapter does not:                                                  
		(1)  apply to a business entity or the entity's 
employees to the extent the entity's products or services consist 
of space vehicles and space services provided to or space 
technology transfer programs required by the National Aeronautics 
and Space Administration; or
		(2)  prohibit the use of the term "engineer" or 
"engineering" in a job title or personnel classification by an 
employee described by Subdivision (1) to the extent that the use of 
the title or classification is related to activities described by 
that subdivision.
