Amend the Gattis amendment to SB 277 by striking lines 2 and 3 
and substituting the following:
	(1)  In SECTION 19 of the bill, added Section 1001.301(f), 
Occupations Code, (page 22, line 21, senate engrossment) between 
"engaged in engineering activities" and "but is exempt" insert "and 
has a degree from an accredited engineering program".
	(2)  In SECTION 19 of the bill, strike added Section 
1001.301(g), Occupations Code (page 23, lines 5-7, senate 
engrossment).
