System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSSB 279 as follows:                                                   
	(1) On page 111, line 18, between "department" and "shall", 
insert ", with the advice of the council,".
	(2) On page 118, strike line 4.                                                
	(3) On page 119, line 12, between "department" and "shall", 
insert ", with the advice of the council,".
	(4) On page 121, strike line 6.
