Amend SB 283 on third reading as follows:                                    
	(1) On page 16, line 25 between, "board" and "appointed" 
insert "and one practicing architect"
	(2) On page 17, line 1 between, "Engineers" and "appointed", 
insert "and one practicing architectural engineer".
