Amend the Berman amendment to SB 283 by inserting an item (3) 
to read as follows:
	(3)  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the 
bill and by renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION _____.  This Act does not affect the application of 
the federal American Disabilities Act of 1990.
