Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 by Wohlgemuth as follows:                        
	On page 3 lines 22-25 and page 4 lines 1-7, delete subsection 
(c) and substitute the following:
	(c) The Health and Human Services Commission, or any health 
and human services agency, as defined by Section 531.001, 
Government Code, may not deny medical assistance for an individual 
who is eligible for financial assistance but to whom that 
assistance is not paid because of the individual's failure to 
cooperate.
