Amend SB 310 (house committee printing) as follows:                          

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the subchapter heading of 	added Subchapter P, Chapter 5, Insurance Code (page 1, line 7), 
strike "RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY" and substitute "CERTAIN".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1, Article 
5.141, Insurance Code (page 1, lines 11 and 24), after "residential 
property" each place the phrase appears, insert "and private 
passenger automobile".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2(1), Article 
5.141, Insurance Code (page 2, lines 6 and 8), after "residential 
property" each place the phrase appears, insert "and private 
passenger automobile".
	(4)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 3(a), Article 
5.141, Insurance Code (page 2, line 25), between "residential 
property" and "insurance", insert "and private passenger 
automobile".
	(5)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 3(c), Article
