Amend SB 310 as follows:                                                     
	(1) On page 5, line 1, insert the following after the period 
and before "The":  "Information disclosed pursuant to Section 
552.008, Government Code, shall be provided in a commonly used 
electronic format, including in spreadsheet or comma-delimited 
format, if so requested."
