Amend Amendment No. 5 to SB 310 by Thompson on page 2 of the 
amendment by inserting item (4) to read as follows:
	(4) In added Section 6, Article 5.141, Insurance Code (page 
6, house committee printing, between lines 2 and 3) insert new 
Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d) Notwithstanding Subsection (a) of this section, the 
commissioner shall report on the information required in accordance 
Sections 3(c)(5), (6), and (7) of this article and Subsection (c) of 
this section not later than the 60th day after the effective date of 
this article.
