Amend SB 310 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 3(d) of added Article 
5.141, Insurance Code (page 3, line 23), between "(d)" and "The", 
insert "Each insurer that has a share of the residential property 
insurance market in this state of 5 percent or more shall file the 
rating information required under this section."
	(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 3(d) of added Article 
5.141, Insurance Code (page 3, line 23), between "insurers" and 
"are", insert "that have a share of the residential property 
insurance market in this state of less than 5 percent".
