Amend Amendment No. 2 by adding the following item to read as 
follows:     
	(4) Amend SB 310 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill 
(page 6, between lines 18 and 19, house committee printing), by 
adding Section 11 to added Article 5.141, Insurance Code, to read as 
follows:
	Sec. 11.  PUBLICATION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION.  Subject to 
Section 5 of this article, not later than 6 months after the date 
the information required by Sections 3(c)(5) and (6) of this 
article is submitted, the department shall publish that information 
on its website.
